MG+ Magnesium Oil is best applied to the skin after a shower or bath.  This magnesium oil is sourced from the Zechstein Sea deep under the Netherlands. The density of the salt solution (magnesium oil) is 31%).

Application:

For external use only. Best applied to skin after showering. Try a test patch first. Do not apply to sensitive areas, damaged, cracked or broken skin.

Begin with low doses and stop applying if there is any irritation.

Recommended use:

5-10 sprays onto arms, legs and any area needing special attention.

1-2 sprays on sensitive skin.

Are you low in magnesium?
